Excellent customer service – very responsive to my questions (but do pls review whether eSim can interfere with domestic phone service – mine wouldn’t work once eSim installed but worked fine once eSim removed)

Regarding the issue you mentioned, this can happen if the eSIM is selected as the default line for mobile data or calls. In such cases, the domestic SIM may appear not to work until the default line is switched back or the eSIM is disabled. We appreciate you highlighting this and will continue to improve our guidance to make the setup even clearer for future customers.
It worked! I continue to use this company for my eSims for different countries because they work. Their customer service is quick, efficient and very friendly if required.
