Refund Policy

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • To cancel your order and request a refund, contact eSIM Australia Support at [email protected] Please let us know your order number, product name, and the reason for the refund.
  • A refund will be made in the same way as the payment method (e.g. credit card) used to make the purchase. A refund process may take up to 30 business days.

Refundable Conditions:

A refund is possible only if the eSIM is not activated and the request is made within 6 months of purchase. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

    1. The eSIM is no longer needed due to a change of plan or other reasons.
    2. The eSIM cannot be activated due to carrier lock or an incompatible device.
    3. Problems with our service are experienced and submitted to our Support Team for verification while you are in Australia. Our Support Team will examine the issue to determine if it falls under our responsibility. If applicable, we will initiate your refund.

Non-refundable Conditions:

    1. The eSIM has been scanned and activated on the device.
    2. More than 6 months have passed since the purchase date, regardless of activation status.
    3. Refund requests are due to customer unawareness or mistakes.
    4. Refund requests are made after returning to your home country without prior confirmation of eSIM issues.
